6. Refund Policy
At Current Wellness, we strive to provide high-quality medical care and services. Due to the nature of healthcare services, we have the following refund policy:

  • Appointment Cancellations: Refunds for canceled appointments may be issued if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee.

  • Prepaid Services: Refunds for prepaid services will be considered on a case-by-case basis. If a service has been partially rendered, a prorated refund may be provided.

  • Products: Unused and unopened products purchased from our practice may be returned within 14 days for a full refund. Opened or used products are non-refundable.

  • Insurance & Billing: Refunds for overpayments or billing errors will be processed within 30 days upon verification.
